Getting it together - A New Beginning



I have lost weight using keto since starting this adventure.  But life has kept getting in the way of all my plans.  My mother passed, my world crashed.

I am beginning again.  And continuing on.  And pressing forward.

I am going to start out by trying to do a fast.  It might just be a one day fast although I have hopes that it will last longer than that.  But I will take it an hour at a time and see how far it can grow.

I found something called Keto Coffee.  Now there are many things called Keto Coffee, but this one is K-cup pods, tastes amazingly good, and I like it.  This morning I added Ketogenic Creamer, which it totally didn't need but that I had purchased at the same time as the coffee, not knowing it was not needed.

I also found FitTea, which I used on my trip back east.  I was hoping that it would help with my bowel issues and it did.  Until I ran out.  Or maybe I just ate something.  That is a mystery beyond my ken.

So the game plan for this fast is: I will have a cup of FitTea in the morning to start the day and calm things.  And then for lunch, the coffee.

Just for Today:

Breakfast: Coffee with creamer
Lunch: FitTea
Dinner: Lemon Ginger Tea
